Meltzer has gotten a hold of a Rapture records with a message from his little daughter on it, also encountered a shadowy figure trying to follow him.
my guess is that it has something to do with tenenbaum escaping and returning to rapture, but maybe some others where aware of Andrew Ryans intentions.
In any case, scary messages are scary!
